Be careful when cleaning the baking stone: The baking stone is made from natural material and may absorb moisture. For proper cleaning, operate the oven for approximately 45 minutes at maximum temperature (450°C) so that food residues turn into ash and can be removed easily. Clean the stone only with a dry cloth.
